Aperio has created some amazing algorithms for analysis of Immunohistochemistry slides. We just posted documentation on the Nuclear IHC algorithm, useful for analysis ER, PR, p53, Ki67, etc. With Aperio's ScanScope scanners and algorithm software it is possible to do entire slide analysis, or analysis of selected regions of interest which can comprise large tissue areas.
